How is this different from other programs?
This program is designed to give you the best of both worlds: the science-backed methods to lose weight and continue building your yoga practice. You’ll feel the difference with mindful wellness coaching and the space to deepen your yoga practice without feeling restricted or pushed into a “one size fits all” approach. This program is completely customized and personalized to meet you where you’re at right now.
What if I’m new to yoga or strength training?
This program is for experienced yoga practitioners or women who are familiar with yoga and want to dive deeper into their practice. You can be new to yoga and strength training but be ready to practice yoga for 60 minutes once a week and implement strength training on a weekly basis for at least 3 months.
Do I need to follow a specific diet?
You’ll be encouraged to track your food in a food tracking app and we’ll evaluate your current food intake. There isn’t a specific diet to follow but we will be setting goals for macro nutrients and calories to hit so you can build a healthy metabolism and lose weight without cutting out your favorite foods.
What if I’m busy — can I still do this?
Yes! High-performing women who work 60+ hours a week have done this program and saw impactful results. We meet you where you’re at and take it from there. These women have seen tremendous results from finding little shifts in their everyday life. It starts there and makes a massive difference down the line.
What happens after 3 months?
There are options to continue with private yoga sessions, the next-tier of wellness coaching, or continue with the tools you learn on your own. Regardless, we are here for you every step of the way.
