Starting with a minimum 6-week commitment, you attend weekly Zoom sessions with Marissa that are catered to your goals and needs. You get access to Marissa via text and email to share blocks, obstacles, wins, or questions that come up while finding a steady practice. You’re investing your time and energy into a better and easier life for yourself.
Attend a live group yoga class on Zoom! These flows are 60 minutes each and are inspired by the creative movement that Marissa loves to bring into her private yoga sessions. Expect intuitive movement, big breaths, and plenty of smiles along the way. This is the opportunity to flow at your own pace, in your space, with others doing the same. Be a part of the SBE online community without the trouble of a commute, traffic, or even leaving the house. Marissa will give personal adjustments and encouragement throughout the class. I recently did a meditation challenge with Marissa. Marissa made it effortless and I could commit to 10 minutes each morning. My brain never stops thinking, attention deficit disorder or just hyperactive I'm not sure. But during these 10 minutes with Marissa I felt my brain focus more than ever - and it was focused on me!
